1. Shipping Costs & Options

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders
  • No hidden fees at checkout
  • Tracking included with every shipment
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday

Currently, only standard free shipping is available. Expedited and international shipping options are not offered at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST – Los Angeles) are typically processed the same business day.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is emailed after your order ships
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear
  • If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days, please contact us

5. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

  • Please wait 24 hours if a package shows as delivered but has not arrived
  • Check with neighbors or alternate delivery locations
  • Contact us within 7 days if the package is still missing

Damaged Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Include your order number for faster assistance
