Return & Refund Policy

At Lux68, we accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products in accordance with the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for new products only. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging included

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Log in to your Lux68 account
  2. Go to Order History
  3. Select the order and click Return or Exchange
  4. Complete the request form
  5. Print your return instructions and ship the package by mail

3. Return Method & Fees

  • Return method: By mail
  • Return label: Customer responsibility
  • Restocking fee: No cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Lux68 error, such as a wrong or defective item.

Lux68 is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products. Availability depends on stock.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos
  • We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund
