Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours after an order is placed.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at help@lux68.com as long as you are still within the allowed cancellation window.

We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellation requests are time-sensitive.

If your order has already entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible and you may need to follow our return procedure instead.
